• By purchasing a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal learning only.

• You agree to not pass on any digital products to a 3rd party.

• When buying a Product, you acknowledge: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buying it. (ii) you enter a binding contract to purchase upon completing the checkout process.

4. Accessing Your Digital Products

• Download Instructions: After completing your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to download your Products. This link will be valid for 30 days after purchase.

• Delivery Methods: Products may be delivered as downloadable files such as PDFs.

• Specific instructions for downloading your purchased digital product will be included in the confirmation email. These might involve clicking a download link or following any additional steps necessary to access your materials.

5. Online Tutoring Service

5.1. Service Overview

• Our online tutoring service offers one-on-one weekly video calls with Rachael, a qualified English as a Second Language Teacher, providing personalised English language instruction.

• The tutoring sessions are conducted fully in English, with some Korean language support available if needed.

• Each session includes personalised study plans that cover grammar, vocabulary, idioms, expressions, Australian slang, and practice in speaking, listening, writing, and reading.

• Students have the option to choose whether they want to receive homework assignments between calls.

5.2. Features

• Weekly one-on-one video call sessions with Rachael are available in 30-minute or 1-hour increments.

• All sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams.

• A free 30-minute onboarding video call is provided to discuss learning goals and create a personalised study plan.

• Rachael will send an email with study plan options, and an invoice will be issued based on the chosen study plan.

5.3. Study Plans and Pricing

• The following study plans and pricing options are available:

  • 1-hour weekly video call (5 weeks): $200 AUD 

  • 30-minute weekly video call (5 weeks): $100 AUD

  • 1-hour weekly video call (10 weeks): $400 AUD

  • 30-minute weekly video call (10 weeks): $200 AUD 

• Payment must be made in advance upon receipt of the invoice.

• Refund eligibility depends on specific circumstances. Please refer to our dedicated Refunds & Returns page for details.

5.4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• All sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to provide 2 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

• In the event that Rachael needs to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or a refund will be provided.

5.5. Technical Requirements

• Students must have access to a stable internet connection, a computer or device with a webcam, and the Microsoft Teams application installed.

• Any technical issues on the student's side that prevent the session from occurring will be treated as a forfeited session unless resolved within the scheduled time.

5.6. Responsibilities and Conduct

• Students are expected to be on time for each session. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals.

• Respectful and appropriate conduct is required at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of the tutoring service without a refund.

• The personalised study plan is tailored to the student's goals and lifestyle; however, the success of the tutoring largely depends on the student's effort and participation.

5.7. Privacy and Data Protection

• All personal information provided by students will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes with the student's consent.

6. Payment

• Payment Methods: We accept several payment methods for purchasing Products on our Website, including credit cards and debit cards.

• Payment Processing: We use Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor, to handle all transactions. You agree to the terms and conditions of Stripe in addition to these Terms.

• Payment Authorisation: By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
