At Learn English with Rach we offer both physical and digital products. The delivery is a little different for physical and digital products, so please check the information below! ^^



Shipping Information:

  • Processing Time: Orders for physical products, such as workbooks, are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.


  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods, including:

    • Standard Shipping

    • Express Shipping (if available in your area)

    You will be able to select your preferred shipping option at checkout.


  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will vary depending on your location and the weight of the products. Exact fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

    • Australia: Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. Express shipping, if selected, typically takes 1-3 business days.

    • International: Shipping times vary by destination, but you can expect delivery within 7-21 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping is faster but may not be available in all countries.

      • Customs and Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


  • Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently ship physical products to most international locations. However, certain countries may have shipping restrictions due to customs regulations or other factors. If there are any issues with shipping to your location, we will contact you promptly.


  • Delays and Issues: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs processing times. Since our language learning products are digital downloads, there are no physical products to ship! Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive instant access to your chosen learning materials.


  • Confirmation Email: You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and a link to access your purchased product(s).


  • Download Instructions: The email will include clear instructions on how to download your learning materials with a link to download the product. The link is valid for 30 days.
